Virtual C.H.A.S.E.

A virtual reality short film designed for educating typical teens about what it feels like to have autism in a mainstream classroom. By creating an educational platform using relevant technology, the typical student can better understand their classmates who are on the autism spectrum, building empathy and decreasing instances of bullying, exclusion and mistreatment. Teaching neurodiversity will increase tolerance and pave the way for teens with autism to fully function in their communities.

The importance of the kind of education CHASE provides cannot be understated. No where else in school or in life do typical children, teachers & parents learn to respect, understand, and interact with children on the autism spectrum. Period.
